General Description

Our apartment is light and airy and is the only one on the third floor of this 7 storey Swiss Chalet and imparts a genuine Swiss feel.

We have an underground garage which is heated and has access to the apartment without having to go outside which is of great advantage when carrying luggage or shopping.

Secure, heated ski and boot storage is available on the 1st floor along with a shared laundry room on the 2nd floor with the latest hi-tech equipment.

On the first floor there is a games room with two tennis table’s, bar football, pool table and pinball machines.

 

LOUNGE DINING

The bright and airy lounge diner is also very cosy during winter evenings. There are two comfortable sofas that convert into single beds (all bedding and duvets included).

A six place dining set complete this room.
Entertainment is provided by a satellite TV and a DVD player.

Access to the terrace is via a French window where you can enjoy the evening sun over a glass of wine and take in the wonderful views.

There are two sets of garden furniture (two tables and eight chairs) on the 21 sq m terrace

 

 

KITCHEN

The kitchen area is well equipped with fridge/freezer, dish washer, full size oven and hob.

All necessary utensils, plates and cutlery are included.

A kitchen table and four chairs complete this room.

 

 

BEDROOM 1

The larger of the two bedrooms has a six foot double bed that can be separated to make two distinct singles.

Plenty of storage is provided in two double wardrobe and chest of drawers .

All furniture is pine while the window looks out onto the terrace which is accessible through the French door .

The en suite is fully tiled and contains a shower, toilet and washbasin.

 

BEDROOM 1 - EN SUITE

 

The master bedroom also contains an en suite which is fully tiled and contains a shower, toilet and washbasin.

 

BEDROOM 2

The second bedroom, has a full size double bed and a wardrobe both in pine.

The window looks out onto the terrace and has views of the mountain.

Down filled duvets and high quality pillows are provided to ensure your comfort as is all linen.

 

BATHROOM

The fully tiled bathroom comprises of a full size bath, with overhead shower, washbasin and toilet.
